HexRoller is a clever and fast‑paced roll & write board game published by Pegasus Spiele. It’s a game where players use dice rolls and write numbers onto a hexagon grid to build chains, create connections, and try to optimize their score.
It is an abstract, logical game focused on numbers, patterns, and spatial thinking.
In each round, 7 or 8 dice with values from 3 to 8 are rolled. All players use the same dice results. Each player chooses two groups of identical numbers and writes them on their sheet. The numbers must be written as connected chains that start from an already existing number of the same value.
Scoring objectives:
- Connecting pairs of preprinted numbers.
- Filling the outer hexagon with seven numbers.
- Completely filling the central area.
Each player has three special actions that can be used once per game—at the cost of losing bonus points. The game also encourages using different numbers for additional points.
If you enjoy a combination of math, logic, and spatial strategy, HexRoller is an excellent choice for a quick yet mentally engaging game. 🎲📐🧠
